Shipping Policy

All items are shipped via U.S.P.S and take approximately 5 business days to be delivered to you depending on your location up to 7. Once shipped you will receive a tracking confirmation email from us & Paypal to ensure you have received your tracking information.

ONCE SHIPPED OUT GLAMOUR GURL BUNDLES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES. ONCE PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN PROCESSED AND CLEARED WE SHIP OUT ORDERS WITH U.S.P.S AND SEND OUT TRACKING INFO. AFTER THAT U.S.P.S IS RESPONSIBLE FOR GETTING YOUR PACKAGE DELIVERED TO YOU. IF YOUR TRACKING NUMBERS SAY DELIVERED BUT YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ITEM YOU ARE TO TAKE THAT UP WITH U.S POSTAL SERVICE. YOU CAN CALL USPS CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT THIS TYPE OF ISSUE. ONCE WE SHIP OUT ORDERS IT IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL. WE DO NOT REPLACE LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE HOME THE DAY OF DELIVERY.

GLAMOUR GURL BUNDLES is not responsible for any delays on your package due to inclement weather, holidays, etc.

If orders are placed over the weekend or after 3PM EST Monday - Friday, your order will not begin processing until the next business day.  

If orders are placed over a holiday such as New Years, Christmas, etc. your order will not begin processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday only.
